1. The original ID document submitted during registration must be presented at the examination centre on the day of the exam.
2. Only the following documents will be accepted as valid identification:
* Passport
* Aadhaar Card
* Driving Licence
* PAN Card
* Voter ID Card
3. Candidates without a valid original government-issued ID document will not be permitted to take the examination.
4. Candidates must also bring a photocopy of the ID document submitted during registration. Failure to provide this document at the examination centre will result in a processing fee of INR 50.
5. Approximately one week before the examination, candidates will receive an email containing details of the examination date, time, and venue. If you do not receive this email, please contact us immediately.
6. The exact location and schedule of each examination module will be communicated by email.
7. Examination fees are non-refundable under any circumstances for both internal and external candidates.
8. Once a registration has been accepted, examination dates cannot be changed. In exceptional circumstances, a transfer to the next available examination date may be permitted, subject to a processing fee of INR 2,000.
9. Examination fees must be paid by the deadline specified in the registration confirmation email. Late payments will not be accepted.
10. An “internal candidate” is a candidate who has completed the corresponding examination level at Boundless. All other candidates are considered “external candidates.”
11. Special accommodations may be provided for candidates with special needs, provided that appropriate supporting documentation is submitted during registration.
12. Candidates must arrive at the examination venue on or before the reporting time mentioned in the confirmation email.
13. Late arrivals will not be permitted to take the examination and must register for a future examination date with full payment of the applicable fee.
14. Examination timings may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, candidates will be informed as early as possible.
15. Any complaints regarding the conduct or administration of the examination must be reported to the institute’s management immediately after the examination.
16. Candidates must ensure that they register under the correct category (internal or external candidate). As the examination fees differ, external candidates who register as internal candidates will have their registration cancelled and will not be permitted to sit the examination.
17. Mobile phones, smart watches, electronic devices, books, notes, dictionaries, and any other study materials are not permitted inside the examination room. Candidates must follow all examination regulations and the instructions of the invigilators at all times.
18. Any form of cheating, impersonation, misconduct, or violation of examination regulations may result in immediate disqualification from the examination without refund of fees.
19. By registering for the examination, candidates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these rules and regulations.
